A 100% refund will be issued (minus a $200 administration fee) if a team withdraws before August 1, 2026. NO refunds will be issued after August 1, 2026. If the showcase is cancelled (no games played) due to weather, a 75% refund will be issued (minus a $200 administration fee). If 1 game is played, a 25% refund will be issued (minus the $200 administration fee). If 2 or more games are played, NO refunds will be issued.
